The 2018 Bachelor, Nick "The Honey Badger'" Cummins has a new place to crash in Queensland when he visits his family.

While Nick may call the Bachelor Mansion home for now, his family have relocated from their sprawling family estate in Brisbane's south to a luxury waterfront property.

Nick's father, Mark Cummins, pocketed $1 million for the sale of the family's massive six-bedroom, three-bathroom, nine-car space family home in Chambers Flat.

According to realestate.com.au, the property, surrounded by lengths of green grass - where Nick would have undoubtedly honed his star union skills - also features a banquet hall, concrete in-ground saltwater pool, spa, waterfall and barbecue zone complete with a fire pit.

And the Cummins have traded it all in for a smaller, yet elegant property perched on a canal.

The entertainer's delight was purchased for $1.47 million and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage, plus a stunning lap pool and views of the Queensland waterway.

Mark Cummins has eight children including Nick and has been a single father for 11 years. Tragically, two of his children are suffering from cystic fibrosis.

Opening up about his sick siblings and dad, Nick told Sunday Night in 2016, "Every day is a struggle, every breath is a struggle… constant medication, constant coughing, constant vomiting, just struggling just to keep afloat and if you want to talk about courage yeah, that's two examples of it there."

With it's brand-new modern kitchen and calming river views, this family home looks like the perfect home for the Cummins clan.
