Little Kaylieann Steinbach’s annual school photo has gone viral after her parents let her dress herself.
Being a huge superhero fan, three-year-old Kaylieann drew inspiration from her favourite characters for her look, and we couldn’t love it more if we tried.

What’s even more amazing than this gorgeous and hilarious shot is the story behind it.
Kaylieann has profound hearing loss meaning she can’t hear the letter ‘S’ and is 75% deaf in both ears, so she calls her favourite superhero characters “Pooterman” and “Pootergirl”.
“She walked up, looked over each of her choices, turned and said ‘Pootergirl!’” her dad, Austin told Huffington Post. “And well, I couldn’t argue with that answer.”
Since Austin shared the adorable snap on Reddit two days ago it has been picked up by major news outlets and received hundreds of comments.
“The reaction and turnout from the deaf community is amazing,” Austin added. “I still haven’t been able to get through all the messages of support and kind words people have sent me. I could never have imagined how much her picture could have touched so many.”
