Sara's family and friends have issued a desperate plea for people to share information about her possible whereabouts.

There are grave concerns for a Brisbane woman who has not been heard from since she was last seen on London Bridge before the weekend’s terror attacks.

Sara Zelenak, 21, who works as an au pair in the capital, has failed to make contact with friends and family since the deadly attack in which she became separated from friends.

In a Facebook post titled “Missing from London Terror Attack”, a family friend of the young woman has issued a desperate plea for people to share information about her possible whereabouts.

“Dear friends please can I ask you to share this post. My friend’s daughter, Sara Zelenak, was last seen on London Bridge and was witness to the terror attacks,” reads the post, which has since been removed.

“She got separated from her friends and has not been seen since. Her phone has rang with no reply and now the battery must have gone.”

“She is Australian aged 21 with long blonde hair. She calls her mum daily. It’s been over 24 hours with no news from the consulate. We were hoping the 3rd Australian reported would be her, but it’s not.”

“She is based in London. Please share with as many people as possible especially if you have friends down south. Thank you for your help.”

Sara’s mother will land in Britain today as authorities continue in their search for the missing young woman, according to The Australian.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise funds for the family to fly to and stay in London.

On Saturday, June 3 at approximately 10:08pm London time (Sunday, 7am AEST), authorities were called to London Bridge amid reports that a white van had ploughed into around 20 pedestrians on London Bridge.

Three men exited the car and headed towards nearby Borough Market, where they then stabbed people as part of their deadly terror-driven rampage.

Seven people lost their lives during the horrific, senseless attacks, and it is now reported that four Australians have been injured.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull confirmed four Australians were caught up in the London attack, including two about whom there are “very real concerns”.

“There are two other Australians, so that brings it to a total of four, about whom we have very real concerns, but at this stage we’re not able to say anything more,” he told reporters in Sydney on Monday.

“We have been in touch with their families, in close touch with their families, as we seek to find confirmation of [their] circumstances.”

As reported by 9 News, Queensland woman Candice Hedge has undergone surgery for a stab wound to the neck, while Darwin man Andrew Morrison also sustained injuries during the Saturday night attack.

Taking to Facebook Candice, who has been working in hospitality in London for just under a year, assured her loved ones she was doing OK: “Hey everyone, just so you know I’m doing Ok. Bit of pain but I will survive. Thanks for your thoughts and well wishes. Love to all.”

Meanwhile, the moments after Andrew’s terrifying injury have been captured on a video which has surfaced online.

Despite his injuries, Andrew remains upbeat as he explains what happened to him.

In a video which has surfaced online, Andrew calmly documents the moment he was stabbed.

“[I] walked outside, walked across the road and a fight breaks out and I’m like ‘s—‘ what’s going on here?’ I start to walk towards it and all of a sudden a guy comes up to me with a knife, stabs me and I push him off, blood is going everywhere,” he explains as he nurses his neck wound.

“He got me, but I dodged it. I ducked and weaved. He looked like, I hate because, you know, I know the thing with Muslims and terrorism, but he looked like a f—— g Muslim terrorist. Mate, this is my last night in London and I’m supposed to fly back tomorrow,” he adds.

More as we get it.
