A few minutes of scrolling through Bachelorette babe, Georgia Love’s, Insta feed and it’s easy to see that this gal’s a real foodie. Not only that, but her approach to healthy eating is refreshingly relatable and just one more reason we love to love her (get it?)
“I’m definitely a foodie,” she tells us. “I love my food and that’s something that’s come from growing up in Melbourne and living in Tasmania for so long – I’ve been surrounded by some of the best food in the world! At the same time, it’s all about balance and as much as I love a burger and chips, it’s just about not having that every day.”
So, what exactly does this brunette beauty nosh on?
For breakfast, the 28 year old keeps it simple.
“I love muesli and yoghurt but I’m also obsessed with my NutriBullet so I whip up all kinds of smoothies. Getting all the goodness in a yummy smoothie is something I love doing.”
Although by the time the weekend rocks round, she’s ready to indulge in something a little more decadent. Like Georgia, eggs bene is our fave too!
For lunch, most days this Bachie babe is happy to nosedive a salad (aren’t we all?!) but she keeps things light by ditching carbs.
“A typical lunch is a salad, I always try to keep it light on the carbs. But I’m very partial to a wrap.”
But for dinner, Georgia doesn’t hold back.
“I’ll eat anything and everything!” she says. “I like to be able to eat things I enjoy and I do go out for dinner a lot and treat myself in that way, but I’m a big Mexican food fan so my go-to dish would be a naked burrito or a burrito bowl.
While this all sounds deliciously healthy, Georgia confesses she definitely enjoys the odd indulgence, just like the rest of us.
“I’m someone who likes to eat what I want to eat and enjoy the moment and then I’ll just go for a run the next morning or do a bit more work in the gym,” she says. “I’d prefer to do that and still be able to drink and eat what I want because that’s something I enjoy in life.”
And her guilty pleasure?
“I’m a savoury person over sweets so my treat is a big bowl of pasta, I can’t go past it and it’s so bad, but so delicious – I can’t deny it!”
We hear ya, girl.
