There’s only one thing that makes us smile more than seeing one person’s incredible weightloss transformation – and that’s the joy you see when they can’t stop smiling at themselves in the mirror in clothes they never thought they’d wear.
Enter Mama June. In a wedding dress. Barely able to disguise a smile behind her signature sassified pout.
In a clip of her new show, Mama June: From Hot To Not, the 37-year-old ccompanied her daughter Alana (AKA Honey Boo Boo) to a bridal fitting for Sugar Bear’s wedding (yep, awkward), and is then convinced by Alana and her older daughter Lauryn (“Pumpkin”) to try on a dress.
So, she did.
The best part about seeing the reality TV matriarch in a wedding gown is the way she looks at herself in the mirror; she can hardly contain her happiness as she runs her hands across her “hourglass” figure.
Wow, just WOW.
While some people may make it their life mission to lose 5kg in two weeks, Mama June has embarked on a weightloss journey of epic proportions, dropping 10 dress sizes after extensive training, gastric sleeve surgery and operations to her breasts, chin and arms.
The reality TV matriarch had been in hiding, waiting for her new show, along with her body transformation, to hit television screens across the globe.
“It’s been really hard for her [to stay hidden], because my mama is not just a person who can stay in the house,” her 11-year-old daughter Alana (AKA Honey Boo Boo), told People.
“My mama is very outgoing and stubborn. So when she’s like, ‘Let’s go to the grocery store,’ we’re like, ‘You can’t, because you have to stay in hiding, you know.’”
Well, there’s no more hiding now. And yes, Mama June, you are beautimous.
