Woody Harrelson has let slip the name of the character he will be playing in the upcoming Star Wars spin-off during his appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

“I play a guy named Beckett, who’s kind of a criminal and mentor to Han,” he revealed. “That’s all I can say.”

The standalone film (which is yet to be titled) will follow Han Solo’s life between the ages of 18 and 24. But Woody is not the only high-profile actor to be starring. It was previously announced Aden Ehrenreich will star as the young Han Solo and Atlanta star Donald Glover will play a young Lando Calrissian.

Emilia Clarke (Game Of Thrones), Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag) and Michael Kenneth Williams (The Wire) will also be starring in the spin-off, though their roles are still under wraps.

According to Variety.com, Disney CEO Bob Iger let slip some more details about the film this week while speaking at a technology conference in California, revealing the film will explore how Han went about “acquiring a certain vehicle and meeting a certain Wookie”. He also teased that fans will discover how Han got his name.

On a sadder note, Bob also spoke about the loss of Carrie Fischer (who passed away in December) at the conference and how the Star Wars team will be handling this in the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The actress had reprised her role of Princess Leia for the film, which is set for release later this year. Bob confirmed they will not be adding the star in digitally.

“We are not changing 8 [Star Wars: The Last Jedi] to deal with her passing,” the CEO said. “Her performance remains as it was in 8.”
