Since he arrived on season one of The Voice in 2012, Australians have embraced Seal with open arms.

But despite his popularity down under, the British star is still far from comfortable in the country that has adopted him.

“No, I don’t feel like it’s home,” the 54-year-old tells TV WEEK.
“It’s too far away for me to feel like it’s home.”

A dad to four kids with ex-wife model Heidi Klum, Seal says it’s his family that would make it impossible to make the jump.

“But it’s certainly a culture I identify with,” he says. “Australians are like Brits, but without a lot of the bad parts. You’ve filtered them out; your life is too good over here.

“The whole experience
of being here has been great, really.”

The “Kiss From A Rose” singer is a two-time winner as a coach – a fact viewers have noted Seal frequently mentions on The Voice.

He declares he’s determined to go home with a third win under his belt.

“It’s unfinished business for me,” he says. “And it’s not to do with winning, it’s about finding global success.

“This country churns out this incredible and diverse talent.
I’m excited about finding someone who is going
to represent Australia on
a world stage.”

Although Berni was in the bottom three on Sunday night, she managed to get through to the semi finals after an incredible performance of INXS’ “Never Tear Us Apart”.

Seal still has all three contestants in the competition, which means he could have a shot at being the winning coach again this season.

Delta on the other hand, only has Judah left, as both Claire and Tim were eliminated on Sunday.
