Kat and Ash call it quits
Kat (Pia Miller) and Ash’s (George Mason) future has looked grim for a while on Home And Away. But this week an emotional discussion tipped them over the edge.
In a bid to stop Irene’s unhinged son Mick (Kristian Schmid) getting access to baby Luc, Ash decided to try and adopt her. But the news didn’t sit well with Kat.
When she confessed that she was unsure if she even wanted kids of her own, Ash finally broke.
“I love you but as hard as we keep trying, this is never going to work,” he admitted.
Is it really over?
Hunter and Mason face off
Hunter (Scott Lee) has been struggling ever since finding out that Zac (Charlie Clausen) wasn’t his father.
But things reached breaking point this week. Lifeguard Mason (Orpheus Pledger) told Hunter off for surfing within the flags, where he nearly hit swimmers. Hunter responded with snarky comments and later in the surf club, demanded they “take it outside”.
Mason laughed, not thinking they would actually fight. But Hunter unleashed and shoved him. He screamed repeatedly for Mason to hit him back. But Mason didn’t.
Eventually all of Hunter’s emotions caught up with him and he broke down. Despite everything that had just happened, Mason still comforted him.
Scarlett’s secret
After Scarlett (Tania Nolan) disappeared on Justin (James Stewart) twice within a few days, he assumed that she must be interested in him. Despite that logical assumption, he was wrong and made a fool of himself when he brought it up.
However, Justin had been onto something. Scarlett was acting very strangely.
It turned out that seeing Justin with his daughter, Ava (Grace Thomas) had been making Scarlett upset. But why? We can’t wait to find out!
