The final preparations for The Big Heart Project are underway

We're exhausted just thinking about how much love, passion and hard work has gone into this event.

In case you needed any further proof that Connie Johnson was super human, take a scroll through the Love Your Sister social media page from the past few days.

Connie, her brother Samuel and the whole Love Your Sister village have been working tirelessly over the past few months to pull together this incredible project aiming to raise funds and awareness for cancer research.

But during this past week, the team have gone above and beyond putting the finishing touches together for the Big Heart Project.

From organising the activities on the day, to media interviews, book signings, not to mention squeezing some cuddles in with her family – Connie hasn’t had a moment to spare.

The volunteers have also been putting together Love Your Sister show bags which will be available tomorrow at the event.

For those in Canberra who are going to the event, or anyone travelling interstate to attend, the Love Your Sister Facebook page have announced that there will be free shuttle busses from the AIS to the Big Heart Project every half hour between 9:15am and 2:15pm.

A reminder that the event kicks off from 7am on Wednesday, May 10 with Connie set to lay the first five cent piece at 8am.

The goal is to break the world record for the longest line of coins. The current record is 75.4km.
