Footy star and former king of the jungle Brendan Fevola will be making a cameo appearance in the beloved Melbourne-based drama.
Fev’s coveted spot on Neighbours means he’ll get to act alongside his very good friend and radio co-host, Fifi Box.
“I’m bloody nervous,” he told the Herald Sun.
“And I don’t get nervous for anything. I just want to hang out with Toadie and Harold. Acting with Fifi is very exciting and so is combining the two workplaces – radio and acting,” the father-of-three said.
“Watching Neighbours as a kid I never thought I’d be on it. I’m pumped.”
The 36-year-old will be making a welcomed return to our TV screens.
Last year, the retired AFL great took out the second season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
Fifi joined the cast of Neighbours last year.
Fans will remember he donated half his $100,000 prize money to runner-up Paul Harragon’s charity.
Footy’s former resident bad boy admitted he wanted to do the series to show the country that he has come a long way since his past problems, which included a gambling addiction and an affair with Lara Bingle.
“Coming over here, it wasn’t about anything else for me but just to try to change the perception of myself back home because I’ve obviously had a bit of a chequered past,” he reflected at the time.
“I just wanted them to see the real me.”
These days he’s focused on his love Alex and their three beautiful daughters, Mia, Leni and Lulu.
Brendan and his ex-wife are set to re-marry later this year.
But for now, we’re looking forward to seeing what sort of mischief the sports star will get up to on Ramsay Street.

The 28-year-old delighted fans with a hilarious photo of herself on the set.
