TMZ reports that Mariah Carey, diva of all divas, has decided to write a song about her highly-publicised split from Aussie business magnate James Packer.
The publication added that Mariah, “laid down what she hopes will be an anthem for women overcoming harsh breakups.”
Enlisting the help of rapper ‘YG’ in the much-anticipated endeavour, it is reported that the 46-year-old recorded the “anthem” and shot a music video to support the track — all in the span of 24 hours.
The no doubt history-making collaboration is expected to make its debut on the season finale of Mimi’s E! docu-series Mariah’s World this weekend.
It’s rumoured that billionaire casino mogul, James Packer, dumped fiancé Mariah Carey, after falling out over her controversial reality TV show and extravagant spending.
The tycoon is understood to have walked away from the singer but allowed her to keep the $10m diamond engagement ring he gave her in January, 2016.

Insiders previously told Woman’s Day James wasn’t keen to star on her reality show.
At the time, a friend close to Packer confirmed, “It’s all over.”
“James had huge reservations about Mariah’s new reality TV show and the fact that she was willing to expose their lives to the world.”
The news came as no great shock to friends and relatives of the Packer family who had reservations about the relationship ever since James started wooing the flamboyant singer in Las Vegas, 2015.
Since the beyond-messy split, Mariah has been linked to one of her backup dancers, Bryan Tanaka.
Bryan, 31, first crossed paths with the singer ten years ago, when he was hired to dance as part of her Adventures of Mimi tour.
Mariah brought Bryan along as her date to the world premiere of Mimi’s World.
“I’ve always had a thing for Mariah. I love her so much,” he admitted at the end of last year.
Speaking with E! News, Mariah’s manager Stella Bulochnikov added, “Well, when you’re Mariah Carey you’re one of the most coveted women in the world so I can’t blame Tanaka for having a crush on her.”
“We’ll have to wait and see if he puts the moves on her.”
But not everyone is convinced that Mariah’s new man is the real deal, with many fans labelling their union a fauxmance in an effort to drum up ratings and make James Packer jealous.
Only time will tell!
