Channel Nine stars Sylvia Jeffreys and Peter Stefanovic have released touching first photos from their big day and all we can is wow!
In one image, the newlyweds hold hands and gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes with Sylvia captioning the shot: “Best day of our lives.”
“I’ve never seen a more beautiful bride, or a prouder groom. It was a gorgeous day from start to finish. So much love, so many laughs. They couldn’t have wished for a happier start to married life,” a guest from the wedding said.

Nine colleague Ben Fordham also shared a gorgeous snap which shows the happy coupe in celebration mode, cradling champagne and smiling from ear-to-ear.
Sylvia’s Today Show colleague Lisa Wilkinson was quick to follow suit, posting a heartwarming pic of the moment they became husband and wife.
30-year-old Sylvia looked breathtaking in a tiered bridal gown by Aussie designer Rebecca Vallance. It featured intricate beading and an understated train.
The newsreader opted for natural make-up and a classic chignon hairstyle with a veil to finish off her look.
60 Minutes reporter Pete looked dapper in a black suit by Armani.
Pete’s big brother Karl Stefanovic, 42, was one of four groomsmen made up of Michael Tramonte, brother Tom Stefanovic and Nick Atkins.
While Sylvia was flanked by four bridesmaids including sister Claire Going, sister-in-law Jenna Stefanovic, Meggie Palmer and Alison Ariotti.
Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, the couple tied the knot in an outdoor ceremony by a lake on Saturday afternoon on a private property in Kangaroo Valley.
At the reception, guests were treated to an incredible evening of food and entertainment. Catering was provided by Aria, the Baker Boys Band and DJ Elliott Hammond from The Delta Riggs looked after the music while Karl was tasked with delivering a hilarious speech.
According to The Daily Mail, their first dance was an upbeat, choreographed number to Shout by the Isley Brothers.
It’s been a jam-packed weekend of celebrations for the couple with friends, family and industry elite all jetting into the picturesque Kangaroo Valley in NSW’s Southern Highlands.
Guests included Sylvia’s Today show colleagues Lisa Wilkinson, Richard Wilkins, Richard’s son Christian and former Neighbours star turned singer, Holly Candy.
After meeting on The Today Show back in 2014, the pair soon began dating but were quickly thrown into a long distance relationship with Pete working overseas as a foreign correspondent.
Like something out of a romcom, during their time apart the journo wooed his lady with love letters.
But their nuptials haven’t come without drama!
As Woman’s Day previously reported, Sylvia was so concerned about the media circus surrounding her brother-in-law-to-be Karl Stefanovic that she’s banned his new girlfriend Jasmine Yarbrough from her wedding day.
While Karl is said to be “very disappointed”, our insiders explained Jasmine is determined to not let the decision cause a rift between the normally tight-knit family.
“Jasmine was very excited to see them say ‘I do’ and finally get to meet all of Karl’s family,” our source said.
It’s also been reported Karl’s ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn was axed from the guest list.
We couldn’t be happier for them.
Pete proposed during a romantic holiday to Europe last year.
“Pete popped the question, and I said yes, OF COURSE!!!” Sylvia penned alongside a sweet selfie at the time.
“I asked my missus to be my wife and she said yes!” Pete added.
