Following news a sex tape featuring her was being shopped around Hollywood with a price tag of $660,000, Mischa Barton has broken her silence – vowing to take those who dared to share it down.

“This is a painful situation and my absolute worst fear was realized when I learned that someone I thought I loved and trusted was filming my most intimate and private moments, without my consent with hidden cameras,” Mischa told reporters while speaking at her lawyer Lisa Bloom’s office in LA yesterday.

“And then I learned something even worse, that someone is trying to sell these videos and make them public.”

Well, the saddened starlet isn’t going to let that happen, revealing she will fight this to the core, “not only for myself, but for all the women out there”.

“I want to protect them from the pain and humiliation I’ve had to go through.”

Now, TMZ report that Mischa has since taken two restraining orders out against two of her former flames: Jon Zacharias and Adam Shaw – one of whom she believes is the culprit behind the tape.

“Mischa says both guys are desperate for money,” TMZ claim. “A judge ordered both Adam and Jon to stay clear of Mischa and prohibited them from selling, distributing, giving away or showing any of the videos or photos.”
